My name is Jim Tyler I have been in the real estate industry for over 44 years, I have done everything in the real estate business from A to Z but my biggest passion is buying, rehabilitating, and reselling property.

There’s nothing like the feeling of taking something old and misused and turning it into a valuable and useful asset, and handing the keys to the new owner. Not only is it monetarily rewarding, it is emotionally satisfying taking something that was discarded by society and making it appreciated again, which has been a lifelong passion of mine.
